Tyler is the founder of Fear Formula where his work with entrepreneurs, athletes, and visionary leaders is designed to turn their life into a symbol of light by activating their language of expression - guiding them to become fully expressed as they awaken desire, spark ambition, activate intuition, and cultivate emotional intelligence.

By improving their signature leadership and communication style and removing their limiting beliefs around human expression, Tyler helps clients break through their greatest fears.

Today, you can find Tyler coaching high performers 1-1. Leading performance workshops. Teaching in private masterminds. Performing as a keynote speaker for audiences worldwide. Driving race cars. Or singing country music.

Having spent more than 20 years engaging his own fears as he sang in bars, clubs, theaters and big arenas. Racing cars on asphalt and dirt short tracks across the United States. And coaching seven figure producing small business owners. Tyler has a fresh perspective as he guides high performing clients to become unapologetically extraordinary.

Raised in Stone Mountain, GA, Tyler now calls Charlotte, NC home.

After performing in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat as a kid, Tyler knew he wanted to be an entertainer. Just two years later after a failed performance in middle school, Tyler decided to silence his voice out of fear. For over a decade he wouldn’t perform in public.

It was during a break-up after college that he decided it was time to take a risk and end the hold fear had on his life. With a nudge from a friend he jumped on stage at a local karaoke night. From that moment forward, he began the long journey to rediscover his voice.

In 2016 this journey would spark a debut EP, Believe Again and a book titled, I Have A Voice. Tyler has continued to develop his voice and sound as a writer and artist. In January 2018, he released the 7 track project, Good For Me, produced by Nashville based mixing engineer and producer, Jonathan Roye (Kelsea Ballerini, Kid Rock & Owl City).

Tyler has performed at Atlanta’s Historic Fox Theatre, Phillips Arena and Infinite Energy Center. He has turned laps at NASCAR’s famed Hickory Motor Speedway and Atlanta Motor Speedway. He has appeared on NBC, FOX, The CW Network and The Crook and Chase Countdown. He has been featured on Billboard.com, TasteOfCountry.com, TheBoot.com and AXS.com.

Tyler is the host of the Beyond The Limit podcast.
